How can I avoid damaging my jewelry and watches?
By following a few simple tips you will be able to keep them in their original condition. The permanent contact between your jewelry and your skin, and its exposure to different weather conditions, pollution or accidental knocks all mean that it requires care and attention. Here are our recommendations:
– Keep your item dry and avoid damp and wet surfaces. Avoid fresh & salt water which could damage the leather, beads or cords as shower, swimming pools, etc.
– Care should be taken when using leather products as colour transfer may occur.
– If possible, remove your jewelry before starting any activity that might damage it, such as playing sport, cooking or gardening.
– Avoid any contact with cosmetic or household products, since they contain ingredients that could discolor your jewelry.
– Limit exposure to direct heat or sunlight
– Store your jewelry in an individual case or in a separate compartment of a jewelry box. Chains should be closed, wrapped up and laid flat so as to avoid the formation of knots
Can I wear my jewelry and watches while sleeping?
In order to ensure your comfort and preserve the condition of your creation, it is not recommended to wear your jewelry while sleeping (unless your piece is specifically designed to not be removed).
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email.
Is shipping free?
The shipping cost depends on your location and order total.
If shipping internationally duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does it take to get my order?
All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.
If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?
No, the shipping fee is non-refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the ship date
